Hey there! I'm Doula Dana, a loving and supportive doula who believes every birth journey should feel empowered because you have been able to prepare for how you want to give birth and are also aware that baby’s part in this birth is to be honored.
You are co-creating this experience with baby.
If you’ve given birth before, maybe you’re here because you want to make sure something doesn’t get repeated OR definitely does get repeated. Maybe you have had the realization that you have a lot more choice than you thought you did. If so, we have a lot to talk about!
If you’ve never given birth before, this is the perfect time to understand your many options available before labor and during labor, no matter where you choose to give birth. The sooner the better in your pregnancy, but even if you’re at 40 weeks, there is much you can still do to help baby arrive safely and beautifully.
